U-Haul pricing is extremely deceptive. What is shown on the trucks versus what you ultimately pay plus gas is ridiculous.

I was originally scheduled with another location and when I arrived my truck was not there and I could not reach anyone at the site. After speaking with a U-Haul rep I was advised that the previous renter never returned the truck. They quickly moved my reservation to this location and although it was short notice the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped make a very stressful and frustrating experience much better!
Colleen BThe gentleman said the "check engine" light was on d/t tire pressure but it's been checked and the tires are good. My brother, who was an added driver and a mechanic, said the truck was backfiring and the check engine light isn't due to a low tire pressure (that has it's own light). Also, the one headlight was out. You might want to have that truck checked out by a licensed professional before lending it to someone else. Otherwise, Russel was great checking me in/out and the truck was available on short notice. Thank you!
