Overall, no personal complaints. I like picking up in the parking lot vs on the street so thanks for parking it there. Just note, the overhead parking lot light was burnt out so after dark it might be tough to take photos and see vehicle details. This is a very convenient location and I’m really grateful for the ability to have 24 hour pickup times vs standard business hours. Thanks for the mobile app pickup option to accommodate that. The onsite staff are great and all the neighboring tenants seem to look out for the U-haul. We checked the headlights when the auto shop guy said he thought one was out (it wasn’t) but I appreciate that extra sets of eyes are making both the U-Haul van and customers safer. Looking forward to renting again!

Very easy. The only thing it was not abundantly clear to return the keys after taking photos so was unable to photograph the interior because I had locked the vehicle

Van was dusty in front cab, as well as the storage compartment on pick up. App was not working (despite working with customer service) so I wasn't able to upload pics showing condition of vehicle. I was subsequently charged a 25$ "cleaning" . I find this unacceptable

Got locked out of the van due to the van automatically locking with the keys in it. I haul was going to charge me to unlock the door. Also, when I dropped off 12 hrs early, you charged me to have it washed which should be a common courtesy you do after every rwntal

Fix the App, it has a horrible lag. Most processes had to be done 2 to 4 times!

The van was great. In perfect shape and very clean. The people at Savage Spirts were very nice and helpful. My problem was with the app. It's terrible. The directions are not helpful and often out of order. Also, we got charged $15 for fuel when we literally drove 10 miles. We checked the gauge before we retuned the van and it was in the same place as when we rented it but we still got charged. So, this location and the van were great, but I'm not sure I'll ever use U-Haul again or recommend them to anyone.

Location was not helpful to answer any questions and only referred me to use app due to “privacy concerns”. Equipment check in was horrible when using app to take pictures. The app crashed and required calling customer service to complete the check in process.

This location is an excellent choice for quickly renting a clean U-Haul van to collect large box deliveries from Amazon or nearby stores. Savage Spirits & Deli rep was kind and courteous when I had check-in problems on step 4. The Rep completed the check-in process with me and I was on my way in 20 minutes. What sets this U-Haul location apart is that they have a unified counter for food, groceries, and drinks. Now that’s the best U-Haul experience ever. Thanks Team!

When I submitted my paperwork and dropped off the keys at the end of my experience, I was told that somebody would be back in touch with me after reviewing my paperwork and that never happened. Also, I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee when I pressed the wrong button and then immediately made a comment about it and asked for somebody to check into this and refund the money. That never happened and I was charged a cleaning fee that shouldn’t have been charged.

Check-in via Internet was EXTREMELY difficult to navigate. Employees at the pick-up site were uninformed, untrained and incompetent. Thankfully, your personnel at the 1-800 number were extremely helpful and got me through both the check-in and the dropoff.

There is no one there to help. I was charged for an extra day which I didn’t use the vehicle. I returned the truck but didn’t receive a receipt until 3 weeks later. It took an hour to check out when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. It was filthy inside TONS OF DOG HAIR over each seat. Bad experience.

The location was great but the check in process was a disaster. I called 30 mins ahead of pickup to confirm nothing else was needed but I still had to do this random authentication with a friend which was hard while standing in 100degree plus heat. Should advise people this is a possibility so I can have someone on standby. Also with fuel prices so high it is really frustrating not to have a gallon guide right in the vehicle-I paid $20 more than needed —10% over my rental - due to overfueling. I won’t do this again which is too bad because location is perfect.

I believe my bad experience was no fault of the rent location…..The. Online pick-up wasn’t working right. The person who last used truck left it a mess and the poor girl at the pick-up location was Desperately trying to clean it up… so I had to wait and 20 minutes. The inside had been full of dirt and she took a hose to it so at first I had mud in the back that dried to silt. Then tried to drop off clean, with much more gas than it had at pick up, and a day early and could not bring up my contract to check out just kept saying error. I sent a picture to UHaul of the web page I was looking at. Then 5 different people called me about getting the truck back which was already sitting in the lot. Not a very enjoyable experience at all.

I was astonished by how convenient and seamless my rental was. I rented the 9’ cargo van and it was there right at the time they said it would be. It was clean as a whistle and exactly as advertised. I drove it almost 500 miles and the price was beyond reasonable. I even locked the keys in the car when I dropped it off on accident, and they didn’t charge me extra. This is the only option for truck/cargo rentals! Thank you for your service :)

Pick up time was 1230pm. I arrive on time. Put all info the night before. But ended up calling uhaul and redo everything. Got the car 1pm! I was late for the appointment that was set up at 1pm. I did mobile pick up but ended up doing counter pick up

Since I was only their 2nd U-Haul rental, I think they did a very good job. The computer used to check me in was slow so that could be improved. The staff were very helpful land friendly.

I was the very first customer for this location, which just started with u-haul. My comments here are only constructive towards u-haul, not the employee. The employee was kind, professional and doing everything she could. That being said, it is clear that u-haul has not provided sufficient tools or training, making my encounter sub-standard. The employee was provided a tablet computer which malfunctioned multiple times and had a bad internet connection. Also, she completed some of the rental details on her tablet, then I had to complete others on my personal cell phone. This was counter productive and NOT the way u-haul advertises the rental arrangements online. It seemed as though the entire process could have been 10 minutes, but because u-haul had not provided proper training and tools it was 45 minute interaction.
