Couldn't have been happier with my experience. Never dealt with the lock & key version of checking in and out, but she stayed with me on the phone and walked me through every step and was so sweet and helpful.The truck was clean and ran very smooth. I will definitely go to this location anytime I need a truck. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 👌

Truck broke down shortly after we picked it up. We didn't get on the road till after 12 and therefore our day was twice as long moving.
Marcia MWas not able to get key for vehicle. Unable to get code had to call customer service. There was no key in the lock box. Was sent to another faculty to get a truck. Truck was on empty. Very disappointed.

Mark RI asked for a furniture dolly and got a utility dolly instead, was bummed about that. Equipment was clean and lot was small & easy to get in and out of.
