When I went to pick up the keys the attendant behind the counter told me I had to wait at least 15mins for her husband to get there because she "doesnt really work here". When I asked if she could call him and ask him how to get me the keys she had an attitude. She then told me i didnt have a reservation. I showed her my phone which showed I was ready to get the keys. She then reluctantly gave me the keys. I will not be renting from this location again

RAMON RUhaul was dirty when I received it. Had old boxes and a pallet in the back. Uhaul had less then 1/4 tank of gas when I picked up. Uhaul also didn't have working heat. When I dropped off truck I was charged for 40 miles when in reality I only used it for 11 miles. I was also charged a fueling fee and charged 2 gallons of gas when I put the gas in myself because the vehicle was almost empty when I used it. Never renting from this location or uhaul again
JOSE PTruck was left with 1/8 tank of gas and we were requested the largest truck but were given the shortness one without a ramp. the truck has 125000 miles no shocks the roughest ride I have in one of your trucks I have used you 15 times all over the country. the tire system alarm was going off the whole time we had it I notified the location that we rented it from and they didn't care. They shorten our time frame with the truck we were told 12 hours and given less then 8 hours. We were told that our truck that we reserved wasn't available and that someone else had reserved the short truck for this evening. PAMELA ZThe guy who rented me the uhaul didn't know what he was doing and wasted an hour of my time. And then he couldn't open the lock of the back door and he wasted another 40 mins. And when i returned the truck he asked me if i knew how to read the mileage because he doesn't know how to read it. And then began asking more questions and wasted more of my time. These guys do not know what they're doing at all.
