Parking was very hard when we returned the vehicle. A little more space to park a big truck (for a novice driver) would be great. Otherwise the staff I interacted with to secure the truck was a big help and very nice.Dennis H.
The truck leaked on furniture, boxes, clothes, etc. We will be filing a claim for the damage. This truck needs to have the roof fixedjim W.
When I arrived i had an issue with my mobile check in and me getting my actual truck at the allotted time. I also had to go to another location to get my dolly and moving cloths because the ones I reserved were not in the truck. This delayed me for at least an hour is my scheduled pick up timeKellea B.
Actions taken by Amanda were appreciated and VERY grateful for her assistance. The UHaul share app and process was another issue and remarkably one of the worst experiences that I have ever encountered on the level of nightmare. I will be providing feedback on that item separately.Dale H.

Super friendly staff. The woman in the office has great customer service skills! She has a pleasant disposition & smile. Very clean office. I pulled up and the truck was basically ready to go. The pickup was a little tedious, but it was mostly my error. I didn't know I had to download the app and when I called customer service they wouldn't wait for me to be okay before they hung up. It took a long time for me to download the app and get thru the process. The lady at the counter wasn't there when I arrived, but once she came she was able to finish the process. It was a little frustrating, but I think it was more me moving the same day and not my experience with Uhaul.DWAINE B.

The equipment was clean but the passenger seatbelt was not usable and we ended up having to call U-Haul roadside assistance and were delayed for two hours. Also, we were guaranteed a dozen moving pads and they were not provided and no offer of assistance to get them from another location so I had to drive all around town to other locations to find on my own.Christopher S.

What is the point of making a reservation if you call me the day before to say I need to pick up the truck 20 miles away? And to make it even worst, when I drove past the location I wanted, there were two trucks on the lot with "Rent Me" signs.James C.

The truck sun visors were broken, and I feel I was over charged, I received 2 separate receipts with different amounts. One with added fuel charge and extra truck rental charge! I returned truck an hour earlier and there was no hand truck available as requested. If its not corrected I will be contacting BBBRosalind T.

The employee at the storage office was very nice. The truck, however, was in poor condition. It was very old and had manual locks and windows, which are difficult in a truck that size. The manual window knob was broken on the driver's side and fell off in my hand every time I rolled the window up or down. The driver side sun visor was broken as well.Julie H.

The associates did not provide enough information when asked. I booked for furniture trolley and it was not available. I was told to go to another store to pick up which was about 20 min far. I drove there and store person told that they should have not sent me to another store without first checking availability. Finally i did not get trolley and I had to get it from Lowes. First off they change the location and added 10 more miles that I had to pay for. Then the lock box was broke and I could not get the key. Luckily I figured it out all on my own. The truck was falling apart, dirty and when you went 50 the whole damn the shook. All these years using uhal I would never again.Arthur D.

It would not let me sign in to get the code in order to pick up before the place opened and I had to wait an hour to be able to get the uhaul. Even an hour wait on the phones to speak with someone. Very disappointedMICHAEL W.
The U Haul app sucks regarding the 24/7 access process. The checkin process is too long. The return process never worked. I spent 15min on hold waiting for customer service, only to tell me I needed to call another number for app assistance. The whole time I'm sitting in a parking lot at night. My truck reservation was set for 7am at Save Green using the 24/7 contactless service, when I got to the location at 7 and tried to "pickup" the truck through customer portal I got the below message. "Your rental is scheduled for hand delivery, in order to start your 24/7 truck share reservation please wait until the location has opened at 5/22/2021 9:00am". I needed the truck at 7am and had people waiting for me to bring the truck; I ended up having to wait till 9 before I could get the truck. I called u-haul direct and no one could/would help. This is unacceptable. The woman on the phone said that she has tried calling the field specialist several times and texted with NO answer or call back. When we got the truck the brakes were not in good shape and the truck was leaking coolant. This is unacceptable service and to be honest not worth the hassle to use u-haul again.Christopher P.

My original reservation was changed to another location and then pickup time was changed. I arrived at the changed location to pickup the truck, I found that my pickup site had changed again. Had to drive to that location and then had to go fill up with gas as there was only 34 miles go gas left. Needless to say, I was not happy. There folks that were waiting on me and the truck that were not happy either. I have never this type of service experience before. FYI, the side mirrors were not adjustable and a safety issue. Thank goodness, I had someone following me that could tell me if it was ok for me to move from one traffic lane to another.TINA C.
