Staff is very polite and helpful. Truck I rented is very badly maintained. It would make lot of noise and does not pickup speed. Brakes are terrible and is not suitable for long transportations. I am not at all satisfied with the vehicle but I did not have time to take another vehicle as my move-out date was yesday. See if this can be compensated somehow. Thanks
