This is not location specific. UHaul overall. I had reserved a 15 foot truck over a month in advance at the Derp Gap location. There was not a truck to rent at this location. Yo rectify to situation, we (not UHaul) had to travel 30 minutes to another location to get a truck. We were required to take a 26 foot truck which we did not need. St this point, we could not cancel the reservation as we had moving people in Deep Gap area coming to load our goods.. abd we had arranged for movers in Hampstead, NC the next day. This was a move across the state. As such, it was over $150.00 to fill the tank for this large of a vehicle. Driving this large of a vehicle across the state was not east. The $59 credit was an insult to me the customer.
Gregory BOverall good service. The truck and appliance hard truck were clean and in good shape. The check in process took a little bit of time because there was only one person working and this site is also a gas station.
