I returned the trailer I rented during normal business hours, but the proprietor was out to lunch. I called a bit later to inform him I had dropped it off, and he said he had seen it upon returning from lunch and would check it in for me. When I got an e-mail receipt, it showed i hadn't returned it until the following day and my credit card was socked with another day's rental, fees and taxes. Either he forgot to log the trailer as returned within the agreed rental period or he was trying to cheat me out of another day's rental. Either way, I would not go there again.

Their office was not well marked for customers to know where their office is located; it's a big plaza. Their trucks are at one end of the plaza, it would be helpful for future customers, to place a sign on the end of the building near the equipment, directing the customers : (arrow pointing Left) UHAUL OFFICE THIS WAY. It was pouring buckets out and we couldn't locate their office, especially since it was our first time ever being at that end of the city. This was the only reason we didn't give this site an overall five star rating. However, the customer service for this site was outstanding.

The service was fast, to the point and done. I could not believe how quick it was that I had to ask, "Is that all?". I've been to two other locations and it's taken much longer.

I was over charged by Mr. Cliff Blake, a Uhaul employee. Mr. Blake tried to extort me. Mr. Blake, charged me for gasoline and gas related fees that I did not use. When I disputed the charges, Mr. Blake offered to waive the additional fees, if I came to pay him gas money in person. Mr. Blake's conduct while acting in the scope of his employment breaches Uhaul's duty of good faith and fair dealings. It behooves Uhaul to address Mr. Blake's conduct, because his actions will cost Uhaul in the future (i.e litigation fees and damages).

Got there and no truck. Had reservations for over a week and there eas no truck. Had to go to a different location and still did not get truck I reserved. Also had to wait2 hours for second location I was sent to to open which three my whole schedule off for the day. Not what I expect from U-Haul.

I had to wait one hour for my pick-up. The credit card system was new and the agent had to call u-haul, because he didn't have any manual contracts. I had a concern with the amount of gas indicated on the contract and the agent noted the new gas amount on the contract and signed, but didn't change it in the system. Overall, it was not a great experience at this location.The site it not very welcoming. You have to be buzzed into the building. This location is not an actual u-haul location, they contract with u-haul, but they rent cars. I also never got a phone call from the agent re:pick-up. I had to call them.

Worst experience ever. Truck would not start for hours. Service came and checked truck. Had to get new truck . Then old truck magically started after hours delay. I will never visit this locations again. And I need a full refund

The mileage rate of 0.99 per mile is extremely high. I thought the rates were .60 per mile. I guess it's been awhile since I rented a U-Haul vehicle, or I just didn't pay attention to the mileage rate. Other than the mileage rate. The quality of service was excellent. Thanks

I have to say, I expected very little of a local Uhaul place and was totally amazed. The kind older gentleman made the transaction quick and completely painless for us and Save Rite Auto's choice of vintage decor made me feel like I was in a place that shared my values. Thank you for helping us with that. We will be back next time we need a Uhaul!!!!!!

This was by far the worst experience that we ave encountered with uhaul. the truck was damaged, no record was made of the damage at this location, now we are being sent a bill for the damage that did not occur when in our possession. This is robbery and it will be contested. No investigation was done to confirm whether the damage was there before it was picked up by us. This is not how business is done.

I pre paid online & debited my Debit Card & it never showed up @ pick up location,nobody at Regional/HQ had any idea how to fix it , although" they" saw we paid & they saw our cars was debited $130.68 But in all of U-HAUL databases did it show for merchants Now we had to pay $130.68 & wait for a refund This is the very last time I'll ever use uhaul Your competitors "BUDGET " offers same but newer equipment for far less Looks like corporate only cares bout profit over customer satisfaction!!
