Yolanda FThe rep was aggressive and rude. The vehicle was in empty and he had to go full it up and put only a quarter tank of gas. The vehicle smelled like cigarette and drove like it was about to break down. All in all it was a horrible experience.will never rent from that U-Haul location again. Also had large dog in the store which was filthy with a cockroach that crawled across the counter during the transaction. Horrible!!!!!
