Every time I come here the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and actually OPEN ! So many places you go they advertise they are open and the staff is no where to be found . This location is awesome ! Highly recommend.

The owner was upset with me because I had rented the truck for 2 days. He said U-Haul should have sent you to another location. It's thr beginning of moving season I need my trucks. I don't understand how he would have made more off of thr same truck but ok? It was another lady standing in there as well and he wasn't trying to help her rent a truck either. He was rude and very money hungry. If I didn't need the truck for moving some stuff for a event I would have walked out of there an went to Hertz. I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
