I returned the trailer I rented during normal business hours, but the proprietor was out to lunch. I called a bit later to inform him I had dropped it off, and he said he had seen it upon returning from lunch and would check it in for me. When I got an e-mail receipt, it showed i hadn't returned it until the following day and my credit card was socked with another day's rental, fees and taxes. Either he forgot to log the trailer as returned within the agreed rental period or he was trying to cheat me out of another day's rental. Either way, I would not go there again.

Their office was not well marked for customers to know where their office is located; it's a big plaza. Their trucks are at one end of the plaza, it would be helpful for future customers, to place a sign on the end of the building near the equipment, directing the customers : (arrow pointing Left) UHAUL OFFICE THIS WAY. It was pouring buckets out and we couldn't locate their office, especially since it was our first time ever being at that end of the city. This was the only reason we didn't give this site an overall five star rating. However, the customer service for this site was outstanding.

The service was fast, to the point and done. I could not believe how quick it was that I had to ask, "Is that all?". I've been to two other locations and it's taken much longer.

I was over charged by Mr. Cliff Blake, a Uhaul employee. Mr. Blake tried to extort me. Mr. Blake, charged me for gasoline and gas related fees that I did not use. When I disputed the charges, Mr. Blake offered to waive the additional fees, if I came to pay him gas money in person. Mr. Blake's conduct while acting in the scope of his employment breaches Uhaul's duty of good faith and fair dealings. It behooves Uhaul to address Mr. Blake's conduct, because his actions will cost Uhaul in the future (i.e litigation fees and damages).

Got there and no truck. Had reservations for over a week and there eas no truck. Had to go to a different location and still did not get truck I reserved. Also had to wait2 hours for second location I was sent to to open which three my whole schedule off for the day. Not what I expect from U-Haul.
