Everything in store was perfect. However, 1) location given initially does not have trucks or trailers 2) requested time was noon, reservation was set for 2 PM. 3) Was to receive a call on previous day to confirm, no call received. 4) was told that trailer i needed was not available but when I arrived, the trailer was available. Next time I will deal directly with the store because it seems that customer service does not have a handle on anything.

The trailer I rented had just came in. So as I was inspecting it , the gentleman was cleaning out some trash. It was an open trailer. Everything is Great! This next comment is for U-Haul directly, I’ve rented two trailer in the past month, I found out that the “S” hooks are not open enough for my Chevy Silverado 2500HD truck. I had to buy two claps to attach the safety chains to my truck. If you need to contact me about this Safety issue, Please do ASAP. Thanks Jimmy Roberts

Just be sure the truck pieces are fixed, like the slats on each side of the truck, to prevent damaging people's property, otherwise the service was excellent. Mr. Cliff was a wonderful person to interact with, everything went smoothly and quickly!!!

This was by far my worst move ever. I have done several moves in my lifetime but this is the worst experience ever. My truck was reserved for 9Am. I admit that I wasn't there to pick it up at 9 but I didn't know that I would be rushed and battered about someone else being able to rent a truck that I already reserved. I feel that Save-Rite/ U-Haul ripped me off. 1st of all the truck didn't reflect the correct fuel amount on the sheet. At the time of pick up, I needed to pick up more items for my move before securing my truck. If I had known all of this would have been a problem I would have went with the original pick up location on RedRun Blvd. When I knocked on the door after receiving the keys but leaving the truck behind, no one was available to help me. I thought that I would be back when they were open and we could resolve this matter but unfortunately not. 2nd the truck was in horrible condition inside the boxcar of the truck. All of the wood slots were broken off and I couldn't tie anything down so some of my goods were damaged due to the extra shifting during transition. Lastly I'm not sure exactly how could I be charged over double for my truck rental. This is quite ridiculous!??

I returned the trailer I rented during normal business hours, but the proprietor was out to lunch. I called a bit later to inform him I had dropped it off, and he said he had seen it upon returning from lunch and would check it in for me. When I got an e-mail receipt, it showed i hadn't returned it until the following day and my credit card was socked with another day's rental, fees and taxes. Either he forgot to log the trailer as returned within the agreed rental period or he was trying to cheat me out of another day's rental. Either way, I would not go there again.
