On May 14th I booked the equipment to rent it for 11am. When I got there no one was there to assist us. The door has a sign that says come back after 45mins. I got there 10:30 and I had to wait till 11:45. Not very happy with the service and I called 1800 number to report but the person didn’t help. The equipment one side of back light doesn’t work and that’s the only equipment that had.

DOUGLAS JWhen I returned the truck, I wasn’t refunded for the equipment I paid for that wasn’t available when I picked it up. The location tried to say it was missing and they couldn’t close out my order because of this. It took me having to make multiple phone calls to U hauls scheduling department to get the matter resolved. On top of that I was also charged for excess mileage even though I drove directly from the pickup location to the drop off location. This was a poor experience at pick up and drop off
