I had reserved an auto transport, and the only trailer available was a toy hauler, which doesn't have any included straps, not including the safety chains, to bind the vehicle. To complete my transport, I had to go to Harbor Freight and purchase straps and chains. The person I worked with was very kind and honored the auto transport cost.

Low hanging limbs and vines at I-75 Northbound entrance ramp. She charged me $15 for Safemove which I did not want or ask for. And she was an hr late to work.

Ronald RThis wasn't the first location I went to first I was scheduled at 3737napier they were su]used to open at 9am at 915 won't answer phone door still chained up so I was sent to the Sheraton location the sign says they open at 10am well after multiple calls to a rep she shows up about 1030. I had movers sitting at my house getting paid for nothing while im out trying to obtain a truck. This was poor representation of uhaul.
