This wasn't the first location I went to first I was scheduled at 3737napier they were su]used to open at 9am at 915 won't answer phone door still chained up so I was sent to the Sheraton location the sign says they open at 10am well after multiple calls to a rep she shows up about 1030. I had movers sitting at my house getting paid for nothing while im out trying to obtain a truck. This was poor representation of uhaul.
