The rental process was smooth, but the cargo van I received had a very strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the interior. The odor was so strong that even my hands smelled like smoke after touching the steering wheel. I also noticed some dried residue splashed on the dashboard near the controls. I need to rent another cargo van this weekend, and I'm hoping the next vehicle will be clean and smoke-free. I wanted to mention this because I'm sure future customers would appreciate receiving vehicles that have been properly cleaned and deodorized before being rented out.
