The utility dolly and the furniture pads that were installed in the back of the truck were in the way. I had no use for them and would have preferred to have that space for moving my larger items. I understand the desire to capitalize on your equipment, but perhaps these items can be removed if the customer indicates no need for them.BRYAN L.
My reservation time was for 8am, an hour before the location opened. I was not able to get the truck until 9am, due to the verification process delay. After waiting 15-20 minutes for approval, I was asked for an additional contact to be reached, which I gave my brother's info as he was with me. He did not receive a call until approx. 8:50am.Michael S.
Ladies who handled rental and return were friendly, courteous - could not have been better experience. 15' Rental truck was in great condition and had no problems with it. I'm planning to get a smaller truck from them this week to finish my move. I like the paperless transactions.George M.

I went to leave the vehicle and the office was closed, I needed to leave the vehicle and nobody answered the phone, I left the vehicle parked in front of the office because I needed to go to work, I called later and communicated that I had left the truck inside the patio in front of the office, the woman was rude to me and made me charge $ 20 on my card, I thought it was unfair because there was no one in the office to receive the vehicle.Marcelo R.

My U-Haul broke down halfway through the move, causing a 2 1/2 hour delay where I was having to pay movers on the clock yet I was still charged the full bill and when I called the lady at the storage unit said she has no control and someone from U-Haul would contact me and I've yet to hear from anybody. Worst experience, never using U-Haul again.Angela N.
