Waze tried to take me to Louisville, not Layfayette. Apparently there is the same address in two nearby cities. It would have been helpful to know that it was located at a Valero gas station too. No signage for uhaul delivery or office. I handed the keys to the same guy who runs the gas station. In fact I passed it the first time thinking there was an error, and almost drove to the Louisville address which would have made my drop off late (with a fee). The entire experience was a headache. For $1,000, I would be a lot more patient and tolerant of the inconveniences. For $2,000+? Ridiculous

Karen KThe owner was awesome, personable and could multitask quickly while assisting us. Our little 10 foot truck was clean and perfect for what we needed. We returned it earlier than we thought and put 1/4 more gas than it required (by accident, we just wanted to be sure it was at half where we started, oops) Once returned, owner inspected the truck fast and we were on our way. It seems he gave us a small break on mileage since we had more gas than when we began. The experience was easy-peezy and it's a cool store as well!! Would recommend in the Lafayette CO area!

Mark NNo improvements needed. This location is an absolute pleasure to do business with! I used to use a different location but the owner tried to charge me for a dolly I never rented so I switched from that old location to this one and they are always friendly and honest at this new location that I will use every time I need to rent a Uhaul.
