Cleaning & Maintenance. The floors and dashboard were very dirty, but it's a work truck. Also the alignment was off a little so it made it a little difficult to stay straight in my lane.Darius H.

Turned in my 5x8 trailer @ 8:30 Am on Wednesday morning because he doesn't open until 9am . Apparently he doesn't like the 24 hr drop off . Called Thursday @ Noon & he still hasn't checked it in . He was rude when I called him to find out why it wasn't checked in. Will never use this drop off location again. If you're going to be in customer service, don't act like an ass.Marty J.

Location closed for lunch break from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Phone call went to voice mail of location. No restroom for U-Haul customers. Had to beg to use employee restroom that was eventually granted. Had to check in myself with mobile smartphone that took me good 35 minutes to complete. In the end lunchbreak was over and at 2:00PM attendant corrected and completed my self check in attempt and completed the rental contract. Attendant's desktop computer was modern and powerful but the inkjet printer was not operational hence I did not got a printed receipt - the receipt was e-mailed instead.Eugen B.

The Gear shifter was messed up. It wouldn't really shift into reverse. I had to hold it in place to reverse. Also the truck was very bouncy and accelerated very slow. Other than that it was quick and easy I will def recommend this location.Lindsey W.

Pickup and drop off was so very easy and took no time at all. Would always want to go to this location as opposed to others I've rented from.Janet J.
The experience was atrocious. I had an auto transport and another truck to pick upâ€¦had to go to this location only to be directed to another location 30 minutes awayâ€¦to be told part of my three part reservation was at the first location. It took over three hours to pick up my equipment. And they double charged me on the auto transport and the moving help invoice. Avoid using Uhaul if you value your time and money because they certainly don't value or appreciate either.Rebecca T.

I turned my equipment in on Sat night. No one processed my return on Sunday so I called customer service. They told me they would get someone from SCA to call me, but I didn't want to wait to get charged so I called SCA on Monday. The dude was friendly but when I asked why they went an entire day without processing the return, dude said the trailer was hiding between two big trucks. Which was not right bc we parked the trailer right in front of the door.Toccara `.

We had a vip credit and my husband tried to give it to the employee and he would not even take it. This whole trip has been a disaster. All I wanted to do is rent an enclosed trailer one way, and I have been on the phone with Uhaul for over 1he. Called several times to this location no answer. It's just been a big mess.Cindy C.

I think every Demeter should be allowed to drive the apparatus to ensure the gears work well and it rides as expected. My truck rental had issues staying in reverse. There were a couple of moments when backing into position, the truck completely dropped out of reverse and into neutral.Chad T.

Very small parking lot space. Was lucky enough to have one single space open. It was very tight due to neighboring parked uhauls being close to the lines but we some how managed. Also the parking lot is at a slope, May be good to provide tire stops of some sort so nothing rolls (?).Amanda H.
