One tiedown strap for my vehicle was broken and short and the other was too short to fit my tire. I think this is more a U-Haul problem than the location that I rented from. Worse though was that I made a reservation for the trailer on U-Haul system and the initial location I rented from did not have the equipment. They scrambled to get a replacement from the location that was 30 minutes further out from my house, which delayed our trip and put us in horrible traffic. Super frustrating experience with U-Haul for an overpriced trailer.

MORRIS HOn Friday March 14th i went over to drop off the uhaul and trailer and to my surprise as soon as the employee saw me. He immediately put the "out for lunch sing up" and closed all the blinds and locked the door. Needless to say i will be needing another rental truck soon since i moving my things out of storage and will not be using this location. do better uhaul

JESSICA WI still do not have a receipt. So for now I am checking the worst grade possible. If my receipt gets here ever I will take another survey. I have rented another truck from uhaul at another location 2 days after this one and already have the receipt for that one and both truck were rented with the truck share feature

tazim hTruck was given to me with less then 1/2 tank of gas and required to return it full. Truck needed an alignment, was pulling hard to left the whole trip, about 100 miles into the trip had flat tire and had to wait for someone to come and fix tire, which cost me time!! Over all was not worth what I paid for the truck!!!!
Ken SU-Haul emails and notfications give confusing instructions about hitch inspection location and taking pictures of the rental unit. Wasted my time going to a U-Haul location just to be told they do that at the time of rental. Lots of confusing communications
