Outstanding service great deal
Kostas L.Location closed for lunch break from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Phone call went to voice mail of location. No restroom for U-Haul customers. Had to beg to use employee restroom that was eventually granted. Had to check in myself with mobile smartphone that took me good 35 minutes to complete. In the end lunchbreak was over and at 2:00PM attendant corrected and completed my self check in attempt and completed the rental contract. Attendant's desktop computer was modern and powerful but the inkjet printer was not operational hence I did not got a printed receipt - the receipt was e-mailed instead.
