Truck inside hadnt been wiped down around cups holders and floors...and truck made a whistling sound on highways. With a 2500 trip was a lil frustrating.

Robin MPerson at front desk told me they didn’t have the appliance dolly I had ordered and that I needed to drive 10 miles to get one, paying 1.39/mile plus gas to do so. I would not have rented from this place had they let me know ahead of time that they did not have all the equipment I had reserved and I would have to put miles on the rental to get it. When I told the front desk person, this didn’t seem like good customer service when the ordered items weren’t available and the customer had to pay to drive to get them he just shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn’t control it.
