Staff here are rude and belligerent. Customers dont matter. Staff is shady and will charge additional charges and then deny they did. Be careful if you take a truck in to this location for the staff will find a way to mistreat you, be rude, then steal your money.ROBERT M.

Sergio was amazing! He worked with me to get my move to happen even after I found out my jeep doesn't have electrical connections. Of course we didn't find out till it was already hooked up and everything! I can't compliment him enough on how great he was dealing with me.HARRISON D.
The truck was dirty and the furniture dolly wheels were broken my overall experience was terrible I had made a reservation at a different location and upon arrival it was closed I canceled that reservation made another only to end up at an empty lot and again the business was closed by the time I got my rental I had been delayed almost 3 hours this was absolutely the worst experience I have had with U-HaulPHILIP M.

This location was outstanding. I did have some issues using the phone reservation system prior to getting set up at this location. I would like to explain that to someone if yall want to hear about my experiences...times 2...very frustrating. You are probably losing business and causing your staff unnecessary headaches that could be fixed by a simple process change.Tammy A.

My first time using the U-Haul online check out and Checkin and it was so easy! Clean and nice U-Haul van. The person working there came out to check to make sure we were okay and if needed help. Nice hound man. Our second time renting here. No issuesKelly F.
I am not pleased by the â€œafter hours service feeâ€. If Uhaul is going to charge me these fees, I will not be using their service in future. 20 extra dollars just to drop my key in a box is unacceptable.Tyler A.

The reservation I made through 800 GOUHAUL had a $30 discount applied of I returned the equipment to a specific location. The regional team in OKC cancelled that reservation and made a new one with a different pickup and drop-off. I lost my discount. The pickup location couldn't fix it. This is typical experience for me when using u-haul. Your logistics is very poor. If I could rate that I would give it an FDOUGLAS V.
This location was closed during my return and It took me thirty minutes to self check in the truck. The U-Haul app required my location prior to checking in the truck and could not determine that information for several minutes causing me not to check in the vehicle. After several attempts, I was finally able to complete the check in process and close my reservation. I wish this location stayed open past 2:00 on Saturday's!YVETTE A.

There is plenty you could do much, much better. Non-exhaustive list: Don't switch pickup locations at the last minute. Don't move a customer from a large location with plenty of supplies to a hole in the wall that doesn't even stock boxes. Have people on-site that know what they are doing with the equipment. Don't waste my time by having to wait for the on-site person to FaceTime someone to figure out how to check customers into the vehicle through the software. When you take over an hour to check a customer into a vehicle then adjust the contract time to reflect.STEVE T.
