Schenewerk’s personnel are extremely helpful and have a sense of humor as well. They make the dread of moving work seem a little lighter.
KURT DNo one mentioned that I would be charged a $1 for every mile over I was told I had it for two days that was all . It seems pretty important to mention that I would be charged extra when I indeed asked numerous questions before renting but getting vague answers I was told I would get my $100 deposit back because it was told I was using a debit card and not my card .Definitely not using uhaul again after No one explaining such a important detail . Very unprofessional

Jimmy JI rented a car dolly here 1 day after the town was hit by a tornado. Big respect for the guy that runs this location. I know that his personal property took damage from the storm and he still came in to work. I was in a relly tough spot and my day would have gotten worse if he was not there to rent me my dolly. THe equipment was clean and in working order. I would recommend this location to anyone!!

Melanie WWhen we arrived in Missouri from Kentucky, stuff inside the trailer was soaking wet. Boxes ruined and the stuff inside falling out of the boxes. Most of the stuff sitting on the floor had to be re-boxed when unloaded. Very frustrating. Probably won’t rent from U-Haul again after this experience.

tom sI turned in a uhaul key to him that was lying on the floorboard of my rental truck. I said it's not mine, it's to a GM and the gentleman told me it was to a GM super mover and he would have to send it back to Florida
Vernon MFirst, the guy working threatened us that he'd call the cops if we stole the uhaul and tow dolly. I have a reputable name here so why would I do anything to ruin it? Second, we were given the shittiest of trucks. The transmission is clearly going out as it would slip and not shift at times. Third, we filled the truck up with fuel and was charged $14 because it was a hair below full. This isn't the first time I've rented from this location and every time that older man gives me threats. Wonder if it's cause my wife is black and I've been told he believes every black person is a thief, but that's what's I've been told by people who personally know him. That's a whole different matter though. Definitely won't be going back.
DeVonna BThe guy was so slow and condescending towards us. We were doing UHall a favor and pulling a car dolly to my drop off location. We picked up the truck first to load it and told him we would be back for the dolly. I had already done the contract with UHall online. When we went back to get the car dolly the guy was not there and when he did show he had no idea which one we were supposed to be taking then refused to let us leave without doing another contract. I told him I had it all on my phone but still didn’t matter. After waiting 15 minutes for him to peck around in the computer he couldn’t figure it out so he called someone else to figure it out! So that is when we told him to cancel it and we left with the truck!
