I rented a car dolly here 1 day after the town was hit by a tornado. Big respect for the guy that runs this location. I know that his personal property took damage from the storm and he still came in to work. I was in a relly tough spot and my day would have gotten worse if he was not there to rent me my dolly. THe equipment was clean and in working order. I would recommend this location to anyone!!

I was overcharged more than $100 the workers need to be more attentive and things like this wouldn’t happen and I am not happy refund has not been put back into my account.

Melanie WWhen we arrived in Missouri from Kentucky, stuff inside the trailer was soaking wet. Boxes ruined and the stuff inside falling out of the boxes. Most of the stuff sitting on the floor had to be re-boxed when unloaded. Very frustrating. Probably won’t rent from U-Haul again after this experience.
