My complaint isn't so much about the location but the fact that I was able to reserve the equipment from a location closer. Then I was contacted by the reservation center the day before my scheduled rental and was told the equipment I reserved was 50 minutes from the location I originally made the reservation. Then when I asked if I could return it to the closer location, I was told NO I needed to return it to the renting location. I spent unneeded time and money driving nearly 2 hours out of my way for equipment I though was served at a much closer location. Maybe your app should only show the equipment thats actually available at that location.
Chris SI believe the guy working wasn’t the nicest. He was unhelpful and seemed irritated that I was asking questions to get the keys. I am new to U-Haul and I did not know the process. I went inside for help. He treated me like I was dumb. He was not rude but he was not nice. When I returned the U-Haul he was doing an inspection and I was waiting for the okay. He got a snarky tone as he told me that the fuel was too low. I had only used 25% of the half the tank. And I returned every drop of it. He explained it needed to be 9.16th of and it was too low. I asked him what he meant it was right back at where it started. He laughed and I asked again he said never mind just never mind. Making me feel dumb. After the inspection, he said next time make sure the fuel was at the right measurement. And he laughed and walked away. This experience made me feel stupid when this is a relatively new experience for me. I spent 250$ for this experience. Please make it right.
Cheyenne LRented us a trailer with a trailer that had wires showing on the tire. Ended having to wait for roadside when if they did a simple inspection of the trailer before it was rented they would have saw.

The parking is very limited with poor access and if I hadn't had my own jack, I would not have been unable to get the trailer off the vehicle. The trailer was clean and pulled very well; easy to maneuver. Overall this was a very positive experience with reasonable pricing and the U haul app is quite good and easy to use. Thank You!
