The parking is very limited with poor access and if I hadn't had my own jack, I would not have been unable to get the trailer off the vehicle. The trailer was clean and pulled very well; easy to maneuver. Overall this was a very positive experience with reasonable pricing and the U haul app is quite good and easy to use. Thank You!

CHRISTOPHER RMr. Fox is a very great man very knowledgeable very welcoming to the community. We first moved to Popper Bluff. He told me where I can find help moving my stuff out of the U-Haul‘s into my house. He also advised to where we could get carpeting. Just a very, very nice man.

Frank LI had an wxcellent experience except one thing the steering wheel on the truck was kind of loose it wasn’t stiff(lack of a better description) when I drove it I felt like I had to turn more than usual to stay straight I had to keep it straight and had to constantly shimmy left and right to keep it straight

Tracy SThis location was great, but the Germans drop off location was horrible. They had half a dozen open spots, but the crazy scarry goonies lady refused to accept drop offs to that location. They obviously don't want to be a Uhaul location, because the few trailers they had were in back behind other equipment. It was a pain to drive an hour away to drop off, but the Schenewerk Service Station location was very efficient.
GARY LThe guy that runs this place is rude, I have as a customer seen a business that has someone so rude. He talks and treats people like they are stupid. I will never use u-haul again that was my final experience. If u-haul has someone that rude working for them, they lost a customer.
