This location did not place the car on the transporter nor did they make sure my vehicle was secured. They also added insurance to my bill when I opt. out of it. U-Haul customer service over the phone was just as bad. They were no help at all when I asked for assistance on how-to place my vehicle on the transporter and secure it down. If it wasn't for a police officer who pulled me over because he noticed my vehicle coming off the transporter. I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated by uhal.

The U-Haul rep in this location was the one individual who was also the only checker at the cash register and also handling all the gas station customers, as well as the one guy who was cooking and serving food. He barely had time for me, and he had no idea how to work the computer program that controlled the U-Haul reservation system. He simultaneously had to deal with other customers, cooking food, and was on the phone the whole time with someone to talk him through the rental process… which had me waiting for over an hour. In the end, I received no paperwork, no questions about insurance coverage, etc. I only got the keys and free soda from the fountain for waiting. Will NEVER use this location again… despite how nice this individual was.

Darlene MIt was basically a gas station on a busy highway currently under construction (thus the downgrade in clean and inviting, as it was out of the owner's control). I might recommend the location as the 24 hour service is very beneficial, but with the current highway construction I would avoid.
John DPicking up they didn't have my truck assigned to the reservation. It took over an hour and a half for the person who does uhaul at this location to show up and get me the truck. The truck I received was dirty and had the check engine light on. I will be moving where I receive my trucks going forward. When calling customer service after waiting 30 mins on hold I was told ok what do you want me to do about that?
Michael RI cannot even begin to explain what a terrible experience we had. I’ll say this, the day we had to move we were told our vehicle size was not available. We asked what our options were and were told we would have to drive two hours away to get our size truck. I told the girl that was not acceptable since we reserved that size and would not be able to drive over two hours to get a vehicle we reserved three weeks ago. She told me (her name was Julie), that they would not be able to help me, hung up and canceled our reservation. My husband and two children (who under five) ended up driving all over for five hours to get the correct size. Nightmare nightmare nightmare. Never again. Also, never told about the agreement portion that if a location doEs not have size vehicle they are supposed to offer $50. Nope, just told would t be helped hung up on and canceled. Insanity

SAMANTHA HUnderstaffed. One person to run thr store, cash registers, lotto tickets, and try to rent U-Haul. No one did a walk through. I did not receive the dolly I requested. I requested a furniture mover I received an appliance dolly. The truck was not full. I has to travel to a different town to get the truck. The truck leaked inside on the driver and passenger during the rain. The leak was from the safety belt attachment. They were soaked down the back by the time we reached our destination. No refund for early returns.
