CORINNA Mthis was our first time renting a U-Haul. The U-Haul only had a half tank of gas. After we drove away the location called us to tell us the dolly and blankets we requested were not in the van. I had to go back to get them. Also, under the front seats there was water bottles and garbage from the previous renters.

Toni WGentleman was ok, upset that I took the electrical cord with me (it was from the place that I hooked up the trailer and they asked me to bring it back as it was their personal cord, not uhauls). So on that note. U-Haul needs more electrical cords for their trailers.

MITCHELL PThe storage space in the truck was filthy. Additionally, I spoke to an associate at this location and asked him if I can leave my personal vehicle at the location and pick it back up the following night, the associate said “yeah no problem. However, it was in fact a PROBLEM! When I arrived back at the location, I stumbled across a closed gate after being dropped off. The gate was closed! My vehicle was locked in there. I contacted U-haul customer service to assist me in my issue. They apparently said they attempted to contact a manager and they didn’t answer. I had to stay on the streets for hours due before they reopened due to me not living in that city anymore, I now live 1 hour and a half away and had to pay for uber to get back to the location to retrieve my vehicle. I was lied to and mislead. I WILL NEVER BE RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

Carri LI did not receive any of the text or email one time codes I needed to log into my account until hours later. The secondary verification did not work. The person I listed got a text that would receive a phone call shortly but they never did. The website said the could get a hold of that contact Hugh they never tried and I couldn’t pick up my reserved truck. I had to go inside and speak to a representative who said their U-Haul system was down and they had to use a back up system to process my order. It took over an hour from arrival to pick up. That’s unacceptable.

VINCENT Jthere is no recourse if you pickup before the office is staffed and they have charged you for items you didn't order. the chat function was unresponsive. And the gas replacement process is difficult. guesstimating how much gas to put back into the tank. they provide you with a 'guide' which I did not find helpful. I put too much back into the tank. cost me more than it should have.
carolyn bI have used this company several times for U-Haul rentals over the years. I am in and out of the office in 10 minutes, key in hand and ready to take the vehicle. They are fast and efficient and so friendly.

Peter PEverything went smoothly and the employee was very kind and friendly. The only disappointment was that we had requested a utility dolly and it was not noticed on the reservation so they did not have one for us which would have made moving our appliances much easier.
