Equipment needs to be inspected better. Tire was worn. Should have never been in circulation. Is the reason for blowout and damages to trailer and my car. Now uhaul has to pay for damages, because of simply not changing a tire.

The owner lists it as open 24/7, but that is not the case. The gate was locked when we arrived to return the vehicle. The next day, the owner treated us rudely when we returned.

JEAN MUhaul should move the location barcode to the perimeter fence....or have the property manager fix the person gate. Cell service is not good at this location and it was difficult to pick up the truck ...ended up calling the phone number for help and someone opened the vehicle gate remotely.
