David SI am a 73 year old woman and was dropping of the trailer. The man came out showed me where he wanted it and walked back into the store. Left me and my 10 year old granddaughter to un hook the trailer. I have a bad back and wasn’t expecting to unhitch the trailer myself.

ALAN SThe transmission cooling line blew out and luckily I was able to get the vehicle to a safe location and not block traffic. I'm sure that a little more preventative maintenance on U-Haul's part would have prevented this. Dewayne Repair was excellent. They came out thin 45 minutes, found the problem, fixed it and even followed me the few miles I had left to make sure the transmission was working well enough. They were fantastic when I was in a tough spot.
