Had to wait for an extended amount of time to proceed in getting my equipment. I did not enjoy the general attitude of the dealer, he felt very off-putting. And when talking to another customer in line I spoke to her and told her to make sure she took the photos in the link provided that was to be sent. He told me "I handle all that, and that's what my job is". Soon as he left I reassured the customer for her safety and piece of mind to take those photos.
