This was a Great experience. It is a one man operation, he took care of me swiftly, got the computer work done, hooked up the trailer and I was on my way.
Returning it was even easier. I parked the trailer where he wanted and by the time I was unhooking it, he was back out and said I was all checked in and ready to go.
I will use this location again if I need to, Highly recommend.

There was no jack to help lift the trailer off the truck and you have to look for a rock or block to put on the trailer wheel.

Complete details of the process would lead to a better experience. Let them know what is required for a vehicle to pull a trailer. Let them know that they are responsible for the hookup and the instructions. Otherwise, the customer service was great. The female went above and beyond to make experience successful.
