I went on line to rent a truck , all went fine , then got a call from uhaul saying they were out of the 20’ and would a 26 work for the same price , I said yes , then went to pick up said truck and was told by Scott’s towing that the contract had been canceled , and sent to Knoxville , so then they wanted me to go a diff location and rent a truck , I had 2 men , paying $100 an hour to get me loaded , then wanted me to go in and do the online contract again , I tried to do it but Scott’s was closed on Saturday and would not let me , so had to recall your office and talk to at least 3 diff people to get help , this experience with a true cluster , fill free to call me ,
