Lindsay NI dropped off here after hours and they made it easy. The drop off location is clearly marked and there is plenty of room to park. I didn't interact with any employees, but since everything was set up so well, I'm guessing they're good to work with.
Jacob WFor whatever reason the truck I was supposed to pick up wasn’t even there. I had called the day before to make sure truck number DC 36802t was going to be there at 10 o’clock in the morning on Saturday. I drove an hour and 15 minutes from East Wenatchee to Moses Lake to pick up a truck that wasn’t there. Thank God, there was an employee there by the name of Tim, who was able to help me with the process with the Internet and getting me keys. It took about an hour, but again thanks to Tim. He made it happen. That guy deserves a raise as far as who did the scheduling and reservation needs to be retrained.

Homero GAbolutely horrendous customer service at Scotty's auto repair in Moses Lake. No mention of a deposit at all during my transaction. Also, they didn't put the money on hold, it was just taken from my account. It has been 5 days since i used the uhaul and I still haven't recieved my "DePoSiT" back. I have gotten uhauls before and every where else in Moses Lake knows how to ring up your deposit correctly. I advise completely avoiding Scotty's for Uhaul especially when the customer deflection kicks in autonomously with these senior retail guys... almost immediately I was told "you will have to call uhaul, it doesnt look like they sold you everything right". What company doesn't right there own wrongs? I know uhaul does but Scotty's must of not got the memo.

DEWAYNE LI did have to clean some spots on the trailer floor but all in all it was an excellent experience!
David HYou could tell the cab of the truck had not had a good clean in a while. Crud in the drink holders, floors appeared dirty. The really annoying part is there is a dolley and a big U-Haul bag strapped to the back wall. In order to get our item in we had no choice but to take the dolley off the cord thus we had to get charged for this. Not a really though out design. The big bag of U-Haul still attached to the wall made it very difficult to load our items without crashing into it. Where as I can see how these items could be handy, these were just places in a terrible location…then on top we got charged for using them. Seems alittle not cool U-Haul. I have never had a truck with them before and can’t recommend.
Delmar PCheck in process took too long, lock didn’t work and we got charged with gas even though we left it with same amount of gas.

DALE RCustomer service was super. They went above and beyond standard customer service. Both rental and return. Very nice! Will recommend to others to go to that location first for their rental needs.
Renee MTell customer that if they bring equipment back on weekends to go to 24/7 app before turning in keys. So that mileage and other questions are answered first.
Carol BWell, I dropped off the trailer on a Saturday (the site was closed) and tried to follow the procedure for after hours drop off, everything went fine until I tried to upload pictures of the trailer as required by the instructions for after hours drop off. The pictures would not upload, nor could I go any further with the drop off instructions. I did drop off the trailer at Scottys in Moses Lake Washington, just couldn’t upload any pictures.

Andy EI had made an online reservation, which the man at the counter could not find so he made a new one. A few weeks later I get multiple calls asking if I'm going to pick up that reservation.
Cade CThe employee helped me retrieve something I had left in the U-Haul after I dropped it off. Very helpful. This was the only positive experience I had with U-Haul during this rental. Everything else was frustrating and annoying...like having to take pictures of my license multiple times before getting the U-Haul or being sent to the wrong location for pickup.

risario vThe drop off web site did not work properly. With the help from Scotty's personal I was able to check after hours. U-Haul web site was difficult to use on my cell phone and totally not worth using the app.
James HExplain why I got charged an additional $18, 2 days after completing my rental. I was told I didn’t need to sweep out the back. I want that back.

JACK CEasy parking lot to get a trailer in and out of and the price was well worth the rental.... items were much easier to load and much safer in the enclosed trailer vs piling them up in the back of my truck.

PHILIP BThe uhaul was rented out to me without a working AC Which was verified that it did not work by 2 of the employees at Scottys auto repair all they said was were sorry Did not offer a refund or suggest waiting till they got another truck I suffered heat exhaustion Due to me having thyroid cancer and on medication that your not to get over heated while taking the truck was not used to move my stuff out of storage I had to have another family member return the truck back to Scottys Auto repair I have contacted my attorney he advise me to Dispute the charges I was charged Through my bank which Im In the process of doing, I called Scottys auto repair and they said they are waiting for The Uhaul company to get back to them This truck should of NOT been rented out to anyone when the heat index was in the high 90s Horrible Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone very heartless people

JANICE RI was quoted a cheaper price than what you charged me and I asked for a two day rental and got a phone call saying it was only a one day rental the guy who did the rental did not know what he was doing I was there for over 30 minutes not happy with the service would not come back
Toni II received a phone call confirmation, a text message confirmation, and an email confirmation, of my reservation. When I reached my local U-Haul, they had no record of my reservation. Why did this happen? I have three separate confirmations and my reservation did not exist when I went to pick up my U-Haul. You need to fix this.
Kathy TI called to add a dolly. Bd did not get one. Also, too hard to sign in to get code and unlock the rental to get keys.
JAMES EMake sure that the locks are kept clean from dirt and debris; I spent about 15-20 minutes trying to get the lock open using the proper combination (I ended up tearing a few fingernails off to get it open).
