The cab, when we folded down the middle seat was covered in long white dog hair! Gross! I had to spend a half hour vacuuming out the hair behind both seats, the console, and under the seats!!! The blankets and dolly that are advertised as “coming with the 26’ rental” were not there. Our wait time was over 30 minutes just to get the truck. I should get a partial refund for doing the work you should have done regarding the cleaning fee!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was told I get 1 free day because of wrong pick up location, and I didn't get it, 1 tire was flat, and no break fluid in it for break's to work properly, I had to go 49 miles to pick up dolly when U-Haul couldn't transport a dolly to Ritzville at their location, so I picked the dolly up and it sat at the Ritzville location for 2 days till I was ready for it.
GARY Cmake sure fuel tank is full especially if using the truck for a longer haul

GERALD WHave the truck available that a customer preorders and puts a deposit on. Ours was not! Even with the 3 phone calls I made to be sure, during the 3 weeks before our pickup date, our truck was not available. We had to get a 10' instead of the preordered 15'. Not enough room for all our moving gear.
