Tell customer that if they bring equipment back on weekends to go to 24/7 app before turning in keys. So that mileage and other questions are answered first.
Carol B.Well, I dropped off the trailer on a Saturday (the site was closed) and tried to follow the procedure for after hours drop off, everything went fine until I tried to upload pictures of the trailer as required by the instructions for after hours drop off. The pictures would not upload, nor could I go any further with the drop off instructions. I did drop off the trailer at Scottys in Moses Lake Washington, just couldn't upload any pictures.
