The 6ft trailer does not have a 6ft opening. Don't waste your day trying to pick up something wide that you can't lift over the sides.

GLENDALE MOverall I had no problem with the uhaul itself except there was some straw and mud in the back that I had to sweep in order to not get it on my stuff.

RAPHAEL BI rented a 6 x 9 trailer but was not able to use it since the trailer ramp dimensions (smaller) were different from the listed trailer dimensions but UHaul was very good about refunding my money, it was quick and easy through customer service. I have used UHaul many times and would recommend them to anyone. This was my first experience with this particular rental location but they were very friendly and helpful, I would recommend them too.

CHRISTOPHER RTrailer was malfunctioning, the electrical wiring was not properly installed.every time you made a right turn the electrical plug would pull out and the lights would go completely out on the trailer. we told them, they didn't care. then we told them we were running 5 minutes late and they said they didn't care they charged us for a full day..horrible and expensive experience.
Shyann BVery nice and helpful when I called them before I left on the trip. Told me is I was little late (4:30pm close time) just to call and they would be glad to try and help me out. Having never been to Forest City, NC and not knowing distances, I thought that to be great that she would be so helpful. No problems with drop off. Easy, fast and convenient.

Tyler MThe location representative was rude and belligerent. This location has tried to charge me extra funds for missing gasoline (I have time and date-stamped photos to prove the truck was empty when picked up and offered to show it to them) and cleaning (we returned it cleaner than it was when picked up). They tried to charge me for two extra rental periods even though I alerted them that I had to call roadside assistance for the truck, and it took almost 5 hours for them to arrive. The truck was returned by the end of the day on the day it was due, but the location had not checked the truck back in even by noon the following day; yet somehow they thought I should have to pay for their laziness. I have filed a complaint about this location and these bogus charges and included my proof photos. Hopefully, U-Haul can do something about the unethical practices of this location.

TUNG DThis location was very helpful and informative regarding the use of the trailer. My only complaint with the entire experience was the person on the phone who booked my reservation quoted me $144.00 and when I picked up the vehicle the quote was 156.00.
