The uhaul did its job but it smelled so bad. The cab itself smelled like a cat had been urinating in it over and over again and was full of pet hair. The back smelled like dog and we had to sweep multiple times and then we had to lay down our own personal blankets before putting our items in there because of the mysterious spills on the floor that had dried up. Upon returning it, the cashier was pretty rude to my husband because he didn't know where to leave the key and the store was closing. But I had rented the uhaul until midnight and we were returning it 4 hours earlier than that, so regardless we would have had to know where to leave the key when no one was there, and this was never communicated to us. She just took the key from him and we had to leave the uhaul parked at the gas pump of the store. Overall, the uhaul was helpful but it was not clean. And the customer service and communication could use some improvement as well.

David LThey have the equipment you need and trailer has been hooked up and ready to go. Girl with the tattoos and piercings comes across as a real "b" but after the 3rd time I picked up she's the same way and just how she is and its not personal.
