How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck need maintenance. The doors had to slam hard to close. The chairs couldn't be adjusted. When returning the truck the young lady had a bad day. She look at me and said "did you do what you suppose to do to the truck" I won't be back to that location

David GWhile the hours are listed as open for Sunday, the U-Haul staff were unavailable. This is a small town operation, and the staff was off due to a birthday, which is totally fair, because I had only made my reservation two days prior. However, would say that if you're planning to drop off or pick up on a certain day, you might call to double-check that someone will be there. When I arrived, there was no one there to check my return nor provide a receipt because the store attendant could not leave her post. That said, as a small town typically operates, she was gracious enough to hand-write me a note that I had returned it, and I received an email receipt promptly the next morning. Was it what I expected? No. Did it all work out okay? Yep.
