Difficult to recognize Seat Covers as Uhaul. Does not open until 10 and pick up was 8.30. Lock on vehicle almost impossible to open even with correct code.

gloria D.When I arrived to pick up the truck it took 1 plus hour before the contract was ready for me to sign. It affected my whole plan. Very angry. Personnel was unsympathetic and downright rude!!! Never again!! Place did not have an appropriate waiting area and was filthy.

Nothing was ready for my pick-up...I ended up spending at least 30 minutes during the pick-up process. If I'd known I couldn't get the truck 30 min early, I wouldn't have arrived 30 min early.

wayne B.Customer service over the phone sucked I called 7 times and was either hung up on or transfer without told where I was vring transfer. The ladies I spoke to were horrible. At the location, the gentleman was nice but didn't have the system mastered so the process took 45 minutes.
