1. I reserved a dolly and it was not in the truck, so the move was a lot more difficult. I was CHARGED for the dolly, so I had to chat with a customer service rep to get a refund. 2. The number of the trucks are on the top, not on the bottom rear like the app says. 3. The truck was not near the entrance, like the app said. It was on the other side of the parking lot.

NORMAN W.My review is not for the location itself but for Uhaul App and website, it took me 49 minutes to finalize my rental, it was horrific ... then I tried on the web and again it was another 20 minute wait for my DL verification, overl all I will never use uhaul again ... your app sucks and I understand now why customers were always so mad back when I was working for a neighborhood dealer #UhaulSucks
