Pops Fleet is one of the most amazing U-Haul rental places I have rented from. They are always on point and ready to help me in any situation as I rent every weekend My complaint This has nothing to do with pops Fleet, but has to do with U-Haul as an entirety… There is no reason that my battery should have died when I am on a time schedule to get to my next event. I lost two hours and got a bad review from a customer because this battery died and I lost money absolutely ridiculous that there is no accountability when I sent in emails when this happened and not one person returned my email How does U-Haul have fleets of vehicles and nobody checks the battery lifeline. No customer should be waiting in the hot sun for an hour for someone to come and swap the battery out. This is absolutely unacceptable And again, this has nothing to do with Pops fleet, nor the employees of Pops fleet. This falls on U-Haul The third time this has happened to me

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe inside of the cab had ants everywhere. And there was a mechanical issue. At one point the truck wouldn’t start and I had to crank it several times before it would start up again. It also started shaking while driving. Other than that everything else was fine. Low key location not too busy. Easy pick up and drop off.
