Attendant called manager to assist with system issues. (Gas gage discrepancy and mileage overage). Dramatically different experience from pick up location.RAY B.
The truck was very dirty. It obviously had not been cleaned. There was dirt and dust on the dash and console. There was trash on the floor The employee was rude and unpleasant. She was not wearing a face mask for COVID precautions. The truck was dirty. When I returned the truck, I parked it in front of the office because all the other parking spots were blocked. She told me to move the truck, even though I explained that there was nowhere else to go. She also had me go take pictures of the gas and odometer on my phone. I didn't turn those in, so I don't know why she didn't look herself. Eventually some parking opened up and she demanded that I move the truck before I could complete my return. Absolutely terrible customer experience. I will be adamantly telling people not to use this location.NIKOLAS R.
The woman behind the glass was very unfriendly and borderline rude. She was not helpful and super cranky. The location on Thompson is a totally different experience.,they are super helpful and informative.Eric M.

Very convenient pick up/drop off locations. Easy to walk through the online instructions since I picked the truck up before the location opened. Truck was absolutely spotless, inside the cargo area as well as the cab. Fuel economy was shockingly good. I filled it up before my move and used maybe an either of a tank.Alex M.
I rented the uhaul at 330, but didnt drive away until later that night. The attendant took the dolly I rented out of the truck. When I got to my location 40 miles away no dolly. Called and let them know. No one said sorry! Went to return and it was the worst experience Ive ever had face to face in 45 years. The Attendant actually made me step aside everytime a gas station customer came in. The 3rd time I refused and she said : I dont work for uhaul, my gas station customers come first." I was taken back and so were the customers in the store they actually said to help me. On another note if you call for uhaul when she answers the phone she will say this is a gas station. You have a problem. I want this addressed and I want the $28 credit for the dolly I rented and the $30 credit for the dolly I had to rent at my destination.Calvin P.

Very dirty, my pregnant wife had to wipe it four times and it was still disgusting. The engine noice was horrible and very annoying . I will never rent a car through this location and I will make sure I don't recommend it to anyone either .Mohanad M.

Both locations, pick up and drop off, the app was not able to identify my current location so I couldn't use the app based pick up and drop off. I had to get the personnel onsite to help in both instances. It was not a big deal unless I would have needed to do so after hours.MICHAEL B.

Get staff that understand how to check out and check in equipment. Fix your website so that I can check equipment back in easily when the attendant has no idea how to do it. I kept getting errors and had to spend time on the phone with customer service just to return it. Overall it took me about two hours of my life to rent a $10 dolly for a day.Timothy D.

Horrible experience will never go to that location again and would never refer anyone there. My ex husband and I moved several times and he normally goes to a uhaul and never anything I dealt with. Just such an inconvenience.lori C.

Return before 9 AM shows we returned after 9 AM. Not sure what erroneous charges are for, it should be $19.95 + mileage. Person at drop off was very rude, wanted me to logon line for check in, assuming I have Internet access standing at a gas station.ron G.

This location is right off the Seaward offramp, but we didn't notice any prominent signage at the front of the gas station indicating that this business was also a U-Haul facility. We ended up driving a couple of miles in the wrong direction before we came back and saw a small semi-hidden banner with the U-Haul logo. I called the number of this facility to get directions and it went to voicemail with the message that the mailbox was full and could not take messages. So, either larger signage or the name of the gas station on the website would be very helpful.Linda W.

Make sure the location has everything that the customer ordered and paid for. I was only given 11 furniture pads instead of the dozen I had requested, because that's all they had there. Also, if my preferred pick-up location had to be changed for the company's convenience to a location further away from where I was loading my items, I should not have to pay for additional mileage, as I had no choice in driving the extra distance.Dixie A.

The internet access was a little funky and caused me to reserve two vehicles. The actual rental and return went smoothly and only took about 15 minutes each. The truck ran well and seemed to be well maintained.Luther H.
The location is in a gas station. Which is great when you return the truck and need to fill it up. It's kind of bizarre at first, but it was really easy to get in and out. If you need a bunch of extra stuff like boxes, packing material, etc., this location is probably not the place you want to be.Santos M.
Rental was awkward. Blankets ordered were not with the truck. This was NOT the location we'd requested for pickup. Location NOT helpful. Had to call 800# for Uhaul to find the blankets and had drive to original location which was closer to the packing location, to get the blankets. We were traveling out of state with one-way rental. I have a uhaul account, and I made and confirmed my reservation well ahead of time. Despite this, it took about 45 mins to check out the truck after arrival, and it took 30 mins to check it in. The staff people, though very apologetic and kind, clearly need more training. With that training, this freeway close location could be excellent. At this time, however, it is sub-par, and I would only recommend It as a last resort.George B.

Ensure the vehicle is in good condition when the customer picks it up. Ensure staff are fully trained to deal with associated paperwork- competency was beyond woeful at this location, it took 50 minutes from reaching the desk to driving vehicle away, during that time we were the only customer at the site. No one accompanied us in checking the vehicle, dollies were left well away from the vehicle. Attitude from the customer service agent was disgraceful. Has made me seriously reconsider using u haul again.William K.
