It was an extremely difficult experience. I had reserved a 15'ft box truck. Everything was ready to go.then the location would accept the card I had on file with the reservation. They wouldn't accept cash. When I was finally able to get a card they accepted, the person taking the transaction changed things. He added extra protection insurance which I had never chose prior. When I returned the truck before the time and also under the miles estimated. I have not received my deposit back or the adjusted amount. I am furious. I recommend no one goes to this location. Worst experience ever.

Kevin ABad customer service for this location . I told the person a guy in the morning and a young lady in the afternoon . the U-Haul truck has battery issues no start . after waiting for road assistance I returned the truck . and only use 5 or 6 miles .. after returning the truck they charge me 2 days rental and 2 days rental truck insurance. I explained the lady at the gas station she still charge me extra $ 55.00 for returning the truck same day . 8 AM till 3 pm . Truck issues and returned the truck after 5 miles and they still charge me extra . U haul company needs training better customer service at this gas stations or other retail locations .

ALFRED GRained the day we used the truck. Passenger side windshield wiper was metal on glass. When we arrived in Ventura and began to unload, I noticed that the passenger side floor was damp, mattress/box springs were soaked. As we got further into the truck, noticed that the water was coming from the cab over portion of the back, that portion was full of water, boxes were coming apart and clothes were soaked inside….still assessing damage today.
