It wasn't a U-Haul center, so small and not the original center we requested. I received an email 12 hours before pick up that the pick up location had changed. This provided an issue with getting a ride to the new location, as I was going to walk to the first location. The truck's "Check Engine" light was on for the enitre trip.

Edgar CIt was an extremely difficult experience. I had reserved a 15'ft box truck. Everything was ready to go.then the location would accept the card I had on file with the reservation. They wouldn't accept cash. When I was finally able to get a card they accepted, the person taking the transaction changed things. He added extra protection insurance which I had never chose prior. When I returned the truck before the time and also under the miles estimated. I have not received my deposit back or the adjusted amount. I am furious. I recommend no one goes to this location. Worst experience ever.
