They were closed but I dropped off at night and called the next day to make sure they closed out the ticket.

Linda AMaintenance on the wheels and axles are crucial. The trailer needed the bearings repacked. The wheels had slop in them when moving the trailer back and forth. Also the server was extremely slow to connect to.
BRUCE EBooked on uhaul.com. requested trailer from gainesville, FL, to Atlanta, ga. Website selected the Starke location. Also requested movers pads; they had none. Scheduled 9am pickup; the Starke location opens at 10am!!!! It is a thrift store that occasionally has uhaul trailers!! I didn't rent the trailer so I could go shopping at the thrift store.
Matty GI was charged a late fee because my original drop off location was closed and the gates were locked. I couldn't drop it off outside the gates. So, Uhaul switched me to a new drop off location, but mentioned I was going to be charged. I believe I shouldn't have been charged at all because it wasn't my fault. This new drop off location, the rep on the phone told me they were open but, no one was there either. However, at least I was able to drop off the vehicle on their lot. Worst experience ever, though. I wish I could get refunded my $30, since this was out of my hands.
JASMEN PThe truck was excellent. And the staff was excellent. The auto transport on the other hand was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never use that product again.
Anthony LMale sure you send email regarding the confirmation, and verification before they take off. The truck was awesome, however the cab in the truck had a strong oder. I had to sanitize, and deodorize it. The right tail light was out too. I really liked the powerfully a/C
Wayne FUnfortunately, at no fault of the vendor, the truck we reserved had been dropped in lake city. Therefore, we had to take a smaller truck resulting in two trips versus one. This resulted in double the mileage fees. Not happy.

Sandra SThe app wouldn’t prompt me to take pictures when picking up the truck, only prompted me to take pictures when I returned the truck. Which there were a couple of things that I wanted to make sure U-Haul was aware of on the truck so I took my own picture with date and time stamp so that I could prove the damage that existed prior to my use such as there was a rusted significant scratch on the front bumper, the passenger side bottom of mirror was broken and had a plastic sticker with an X on it holding it toge So I assumed that they knew but I wanted to make sure I had photographic proof. This was the first time using Uhaul that it wouldn’t let me upload pics when picking up the truck. Outside of truck was dirty and needed washing but inside cab and back of truck were clean. AC worked great which was a blessing on such a hot day. Overall good experience and will definitely use U-Haul in the future for any moving or hauling needs.

KEISHA CI’m saying average only because we were scheduled to drop off in Keystone Heights. Drove to drop it off to find the business closed. When we called uhaul, we were instructed to leave it. Under better judgement, we asked where the next drop off was, since the business was locked and were the gates to get into the business. We drove 30 minutes away to the next closest location. If the business was going to be closed, it should have never been an option to drop off online when we booked. 😩😩😩

James mThese folks were very professional and actually got a big laugh about the pick up point mileage error.
DOUGLAS MI originally had another location which was closed. This location had no boxes no dollies which I ordered at the previous location. I ordered a 15 footer originally told they had a 17 footer and the rep supposedly put me down for the 17 footer and I ended up with a 26 footer. I was told oh you are getting charged for a 17 footer instead of the 26 footer. When I turned it back in learned that the 17, 20 and 26 footer are the same price. So I will probably not be using UHaul again or recommending them to anyone. It’s been an awful experience

AVI GThe staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend a different area within the store for them to conduct the uhaul services so it doesn’t interfere with their other business. Although this has nothing to do with the pickup location, the odometer reading for speed on the truck is off. It would be at 100 if we were only going at a speed of 60-65. Or it would be at 20-30 when we were at a complete stop.
Amy BThere should be sign in a board how you are being charge for the rentals, and the dollars per miles. Also, what is average miles per gallon does the truck use so I can estimate how much gas I will put in. Thanks!
leo bI can't find anything wrong with this particular U-Haul location. Just a friendly suggestion to people like me who use U-Haul services please let's just take the extra step to wipe down the seats this year and call them on the inside of the truck and sweep it out in the back just to help these people out leave it the way you found it and you'll feel much better about yourself and you'll be made of a positive impact on the U-Haul people.
edwina wI reserved a trailer for 24 hours, cleaned it and brought it back on time used the mobile check in due to the business being closed. Later the next day to see I was charged over double the expected charge. Had to call the shop when they opened and they "looked into" the issue, and decided to process a full refund and hit my card again for the correct amount. Very wrong, We live off a strict budget and when a 45$ charge turns into a 200$ charge that is just wrong, I understand the money will come back but I find it ridiculous that charging an already taxed person instead of issuing a partial refund would have been more considerate.

Then tire man showed us why trailer was not pulling correctly because bearing was shot very dangerous then sent us a bill for 2 extra days we couldn't use trailer oh yeah like we would recommend U-Haul NO WAY

william lWhen I dropped off my 5x8 trailer to the location, which is also a popular thrift store, the thrift store was very busy with lots of customers shopping that day. One of the gentlemen that worked there told me that if I see a place to park the trailer I was welcome to leave it and they would check it in for me later. I've parked and unhooked the trailer myself and then went back inside to wait to check it in so that I can be issued a receipt. After about 10 or 15 minutes of total weighing the same gentleman who told me I could park the trailer myself reiterated that I did not need to wait to check it in and then they would get to it as soon as they were no longer busy for the day and that they would email me the receipt. A few days after I returned the trailer, I received an email from U-Haul stating that they never received notification that I returned the trailer and then I needed to verify whether or not I did. I then sent all the details of exactly when I return the trailer and a screenshot of my Google maps history showing that I was physically there for approximately 25 minutes. Several days later, when I just happened to be taking my children back to that thrift store to do some shopping, I took an additional photo of the trailer and I asked if this had ever been resolved because I still had not received a receipt. After sending the additional photos of the trailer outside of the store sign, I finally received an electronic receipt. While all is well that ends well, the check-in process was less than professional and I went out of my way to verify the check-in and follow up to ensure it was checked in properly.

Mack BThis is the lady that told me that she was filing a claim against the other U-Haul for not cleaning it. It was a mess inside and out she couldn’t see the pictures I took so I had no leg to stand on, so they need to show when we take pictures on our app that it the other store can see what’s going on.
