The unit I rented wasn't in great shape. The mirror was not in working condition on the right side, I had to tie it on to stay in place so I could see the right lane. The air conditioner worked on and off... it was HOT. The rear ended was squeaking LOUD. Today the unit was back in service so hope it was fixed is all I can say.Pafford M.

I reserved a trailer and ordered ratchet straps. I had a confirmation and went to get the trailer and straps. The charge at pickup was higher than my reservation invoice and the agent did not acknowledge the online order but started a new transaction. He said "It doesn't come with ratchet straps." So, I bought some at Walmart. Today after the trailer was returned, ratchet straps were delivered by FedEx. This made no sense, to mail straps and not have them available. I am hoping I do not get charged twice since I paid at pickup and my payment information was in my online confirmation. Maybe this location needs removed from the online reservation system since it doesn't seem to be used.Kerry S.

Person checking us in was rude and unfriendly. He was not happy my husband didn't pull into the right spot when we first arrived and was rude to him about it. We turned the trailer in a day early and asked if we would be refunded. He was hateful in his reply that no, we would not be refunded, instead of nicely explaining the rules. Was told all of the trailer lights and hookups were good to go because it was checked the day before. However, when it was plugged into the truck it wasn't working. People at the location said it was definitely an issue with the fuses in the truck, so got new fuses and replaced all. The running lights were the only issue at the dealership and continued to be the issue. Took it to a mechanic because it seemed there was something wrong with the truck if fuses didn't correct the issue. After they tested everything, they determined it was an issue with the trailer...not the truck. Wasted so much money on a crappy trailer that had something wrong with it.Kayla B.

Everything needs to be improved. I dont plan to use or recommend U Haul to anyone! A mess, hassle, misinformation, uninformed employees all through the process. I dread, but will attempt to speak to an intelligent supervisor... Dread it!! Not much hope. Was told no extra day would be charged since i had to drive quite a distance, about 50 miles, to pick up size of truck i had requested a week prior. I had quite a bit more gas in it when i dropped it off many many hours early to a clueless convenience clerk. Dont blame her... Never Again!Patty B.

The office is not manned on the weekends, which forces a $21 drop-off fee. The Manager did state I could use the App to check in the trailer and forgo the drop off charge, yet the app does not allow check-in. The app is useless! I should have been told where I can drop off the trailer to avoid the cost.Clay E.

Have the equipment in usable condition. They don't open until 9:00 am. I got there about 20 minutes till 9. The person asked if he could help me. I answered I wanted to rent a car hauler. He said we open at 9:0clock. I had to wait until 9. Hooked on to trailer, got to my destination found left tie strap was broken would not reach the ratchet I had strap with me That I tied on to the remaining web. and made it home okay.Louie W.

the door was almost stuck. several attempts were made to shut it and it was still difficult when i had to do it. i wasn't aware that i needed to fill out a â€œcondition of the propertyâ€. when i looked at my phone later i saw the text but it had expired soon after i left the place. the person that rented me the trailer stopped me as i was about to pull out because he needed to take a picture. he didn't have his phone and just said never mind. the whole facility was unprofessional and unwelcoming.Russ R.
