This location was closed when I dropped off the carrier.
ERIC FAdvise them if using Moving Help that they watch and supervise the loading process. Make sure they use the furniture blankets you rented. Mine did not and there was damage to some of my furniture that did not have a scratch on it before they touched it.
Rosa THave your office open when it says it is and give your customers paying a ton of money to rent trucks more respect and understanding. I was given a truck expecting 20 feet of moving space not 15 feet plus the cab of the truck. That is false advertisement to the extreme. I couldn’t even fit all of my stuff into the truck like it should have fit when I rented the truck I needed.
Erica WDropbox was not clearly indicated. There was a note on door that dropbox was to my left, but that drop box was for the storage facility and not for U-Haul. Took 30 minutes to get customer service and they directed me to the U-Haul drop box. The customer service person was very helpful.
Floyd BNot having someone there to talk to was not helpful because there were charges I couldn’t ask about or dispute. I had to pay them even though I didn’t know why I was being charged them.
Jessica ONot very clean, very little gas upon pickup, paid for an appliance dolly and it wasn’t there. Truck reeked of cigarette smoke and had ashes here and there inside.
Steven GAfter hours drop off was a pain because app wouldn't work and had to wait on hold forever to speak with someone by phone to complete the drop off. The location itself seemed fine.
JAMES LThey were closed but the facility was clean and they at least had a sign posted. If only recommend an additional sign pointing the way to the key Drio box. It took me a minute to find it.
MARCUS MAnyone under the management of Donald Hartman will not receive any recommendation. I would rather purchase out of state. He has poor customer service and it shows in his staff!

Rodney TYou APP Failed to help me check all the way in. Went to the person at site who told me they would contact UHAUL on my behalf.. Person did not tell the truth and did not do it. I ended up having to contact them to get it closed out. Next time it probably won't be uhaul anymore. Can rent Penske at Home Depot now...

Richard CI had a hard time getting them on the phone to talk with them, but they were very friendly and helpful in person.
Mark PYour service is most needed when compared to the commercial route of making a move. You are most needed; therefore, take advantage of the fact that a family connected to 'the community' (friends, coworkers, neighbors, church, affiliations) can move without spending such a huge part of their income {especially when 'the move' is the most stressful event in a family's normal but expected life events.

Kimberly FArrive to the location for pickup to out that they close early. I communicated efficiently with them at the uhaul location but was told by other customers at the business next door that they are only here 2 to 3 days weekly. I had to contact the place of business in Colorado and uhaul back at least over 6 times. Finally after a 1hr and 47 minutes, the uhaul representative instruction on how to do self check in due to the keys being available. If was determine that my reservation was canceled after I spoken with representative 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I left with the uhaul and received a call 20 minutes asking if I need to schedule a uhaul for the next day. The 2nd rep indicated the self check out did not get completed correctly and he proceed to assist. Next day, I called to determine drop off located to be told, I have down for Shreveport instead of Monroe,La. I did receive a 20 dollar credit but truly feel that the 99 cents/weekend rate should have been adjusted and the truck was drop off a day in advance before 3pm. And to add they had me charged for. 15" instead of 10" truck. I had to pay my worker additional and delay the person I was meeting delays in their event.

Paula YPlace was supposed to be open but was closed because nobody showed up to work Will NEVER use uhaul again!
Chris NTell customers not to smoke in the moving trucks! The one I rented reeked of cigarettes and still had ashes in the drink console area. I have a child with asthma and does not need to be around even the smell of cigarettes. Other than that, the place where I rented it from gave excellent service!

Jeretta WJust wanted to say that I have rented Uhauls many times in the past and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I wanted to compliment you on hiring the young lady who helped me at that location. Her name was Ashland and she was AMAZING. She went out of her way to help me and make me feel like a valued customer. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. And whatever your paying her it is not enough. I can not say enough good things about her I never fill these things out but made an exception this time only to tell you about what a great job she is doing. The only thing Uhaul could do better is figure out a way to clone her so you could hire more of her.
