U-Haul did not have my truck rental in the town I had it reserved in. I had to drive somewhere else to get a truck. The original location did not know anything about the reservation. This cost me valuable time. I blame this on lack of organization in the U-Haul company. Not the local people.
James MOverall the truck served its purpose. I paid the initial amount that was given at checkout for renting the truck. I returned the truck on the day it was suppose to be returned. U-Haul stated I returned the truck a day later which was not true. Once the truck was returned and I received my receipt, the remaining total was removed from my account after all of the calculations. Days later after returning the truck, I get another charge from U-Haul that is not stated on the old receipt I received since June 1st. There is no explanation to why I was charged again.
shametrashun mAside from the ball and receiver purchased, all was perfect. Made for a long drive with all the noise. Do i need to go to Ford and purchase a receiver and ball from them. Thank you. Jim And wish i would have written the young mans name that assisted me in loading up and inspecting the trailer in Gulfport, and i even asked him for his name, simply forgot it with my long rattle trip all the rest of the way. He was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to interact with such an excellent customer focused employee. It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with him. THANK YOU ! ! !
