Tonya MThe guy who got me the uhaul drove it to the front for me. Meaning he knew it REAKED of hot garbage and had a swarm of fruit flies flying around in it. I had to purchase freshener and drive with the windows down to let out the huge amount of bugs.

BRIAN WEXCELLENT experience! This is the best Uhaul establishment I have ever been to. Very friendly, knowledgable, and always provided superior customer service. Totally awesome experience.
Matthew TI was told I could change my drop off location via the app. This was not true because the app would not accept my preferred drop off location and told me to call uhaul for assistance. I called uhaul and waited on hold for 45 minutes while sitting at me preferred drop off location. After someone picked up 45 min later, they said they could change my drop off location and they would transfer me to the dept that could change it. I waited on hold for another 30 min then the call dropped. So I drove the uhaul to the original drop off location adding additional miles and time. I do not appreciation the miss information. I do not appreciate sitting on hold for 1 hou and 15 min and still could speak to anyone to change my drop off location

Anthony DPick up location was great and fast.I rented a 26’ truck and it felt like I was riding in a wagon. The front end bounced the whole time at every speed. I drove the truck only 17 miles but it I had to of gone farther I would have been able to drive it.
William BI was very disappointed with the service at this location. The employee was friendly and enthusiastic. However, he arrived after the posted opening time. Other than that, he was great. The rest of the pick up process was below average in that the "U-Haul system was down" so the employee couldn't find my reservation. The equipment I ordered online was not in the truck. Nor was it available inside the building. I was expecting professional service and to have the equipment I requested be in the U-Haul upon my arrival, not that I would have to load it myself or even have to go in and ask about it and be told it was not available. These items were one appliance dolly, one furniture dolly, one utility dolly and 24 furniture pads. There was only one small dolly without any safety straps in the U-Haul. I'll know better if I have to move again.

ZIV MThe truck battery died on me and I had to call for road side assistance. Then, when I tried to return the truck it displayed "check brake system" on the dashboard" as I was driving it back to uhall. The only reason it got there was because I had a triple a mechanic who could follow me home. I was rather displeased with the truck at that point but the roadside assistance thing worked well. The dolly was useful and the blankets worked well.
