I rented a 10 ft truck for less than 2 hours and 15 miles total. It was supposed to be a total of $19.95 plus $15 for insurance plus tax. The truck was dirty in the cabin and the bed. Actual dirt! It only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it when I picked it up and still had that when I brought it back. They ended up charging my card $64.73. That is ridiculous. I used another location ( E. Independence ) a few months ago. Same size truck, time, no insurance, and 10 miles distance and it only cost me $37.79 and that truck was cleaner and had more gas in the tank. Won't use the Matthews-Mint Hill location again. They overcharge you and their truck was dirty.
