Turn in process was great once I figured out what the rude person on the phone from U Haul was trying to tell me. I wouldn't have had to call for assistance if the person at EZ Storage had mentioned what the process was. I couldn't use the trailer at night as intended because the trailer lighting was messed up. There's more, but suffice it to say that in a couple weeks we'll be renting another trailer and it won't be from U Haul.Paul G.

If someone doesn't use equipment they should get there money back, I paid for blankets didn't open the bags made sure I put them back in truck not use! I used the 24/7 truck pick-up and it didn't work at all. I had a confirmation number and email but my account said I had no orders available. I had to call customer service to walk me through the process. Took about 35 mins. Then trying to check out I had the same problem. Luckily, I returned early and an employee was there to help. He was great, but the whole "help yourself" service is horrible.Devan B.
Spent over an hour dealing with U-Haul customer service to get approved for before hours pickup. That did not work out but Ron at Secure EZ Storage had me on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you. The self service pickup needs improvement.Jim T.

I have rented a 5'X8' cargo trailer several times, and have pulled this size across the US. This is the only time I have rented through uhaul and all my pillows and several pieces of my clothing were very wet when I started unloading. My pillows are quite expensive, as they are memory foam. Fortunately, all had zipper covers, and my clothes did not require dry cleaning. It did take time to hand dry my pillows, and launder the wet covers and my wet clothes. This particular uhaul definitely needs to be checked and repaired in order for the next person to have a nice dry trip!chelia M.

it was the worst experience ever. The truck was full of dog hair, the outside of the truck was filthy. The grass was so bad it was in bedded in the wheel well, all up & down the truck from the front fender to the back. It cost us a lot of money for the service we got. I had to go to Cincinnati, when they told me I can pick it up at RT 4 & Highs street. Told them how unhappy I was Zach called cal customer service told Pat I was very,very unhappy. We took very good care of your truck. We should have received a discount. Never again unless you can make this right.barbara B.
