Absolutely rude employee here. Didn't get her name but had the nerve to give me attitude for how I parked vehicle when there was nothing there to explain where and how to park it. Also made made walk to her to bring her keys when I was right next to key drop box and I was trying to avoid having to be close to people for social distancing. I thought U-Haul was trying to keep human interactions minimum as possible with the way things are right now with the pandemic. I guess not. The lady also wasn't wearing a mask. Nice.HELEN M.

The lady at our pick up please was a huge help and I highly recommend! I called to try to add a day on Saturday and the customer service rep was terrible and very rude. Not helpful in the slightest so much so I ended up hanging up. I called back on Sunday morning and spoke to a customer service rep named Alice and she was fantastic also! She helped me add the extra time I needed and was extremely pleasant to work with.Thomas D.

The lady working the office was very pleasant and helpful and made the experience easy. The 24/7 rental and drop off is wonderful to know about so we can rent even when no one is around. I would highly recommend renting here.Amy W.

Tami made my reservation for me early in the week after I had trouble calling another location. She meet me on the rental date even coming in early to make sure I got out on time since I am not savvy enough to do the new internet rentals on my phone She was friendly and had me in and out pretty quickly even though the website kept kicking us out. Not her fault at all. I would highly recommend her and her company for Uhaul rentals and they also sell boxes and stuff close to home.Larry A.
When picking up we found the door locked and the associate didn't seem to know wet were even coming to get the truck and soda he'd been gone and had just got back. He didn't know how to get the code to get the key or anything. There were multiple scratches and dings not marked. The van kept pulling to the right (passenger) side and by the time we were done, my left shoulder was aching from constantly pulling the wheel to the left to drive it straight. The windshield was filthy both inside and out which made it hard to see in the suns glare. I cleaned the outside but it really didn't help much. When dropping off, the office was closed and door was blocked due to some concrete work and was told to put keys in garage door with no directions where that was and it was dark back there.Melissa R.
Had appt. to pick truck up and no one was even there and never did show up! Had to wait over an hour to get help. Someone eventually just called and gave me code to get key from box. Of course, after I had to call and wait on hold forever to talk to someone. On top of that it was the hottest day of the year and we were stuck outside in the heat waiting for the person that never showed. Pick up time was 9:30, but we didn't get keys til around 10:30 or later. Was extremely mad and it screwed up the whole day. Called over a week in advance so everything would be ready to go on moving day and they waited for the day before my move to tell me I had to drive to another location than the one I chose and then no one was even there!Rodney P.
