The protective blankets that I thought I purchased, apparently were rented. I found a large charge on my card. No call to return the pads- No heads up regarding a large charge. Half of the pads were not delivered until after the move. I asked for a dozen and received 6- this wasn't noticed until I was already in the middle of moving, the last 6 were given to when I turned in the truck. The pads I did pick-up were wet, smelled of mildew, and were not used. Very disappointing. the truck was fine, everything else NOT
