When I ordered on line I didn’t add no extra coverage to my bill at all I didn’t NOT want it but then when I got my final bill I see where there was a $15.00 safe coverage charge that I didn’t know about till the final bill and I didn’t not add it at the time of reservations

Excellent communication from retailer. UHaul's policy on credit cards- what's considered major, is the only issue. They would not accept the card I placed the van on hold with eventhough it is issued from Citi and is not a bank card. The lady was kind and patient with me getting another card and expressing some frustration about UHaul. This location is fantastic. Highly recommend them for moving and storage needs.

Ms.Ozzie was a wonderful person, nice and friendly, extremely helpful. Helped with every need, was attentive. Never once was i dissatisfied with the services. Allow a free 10 to 15 minute’s after it’s due back. Because like me I had to go out of town when I moved. So it gives you time for gas in the vehicle like me I got stuck in traffic. So they should give you that little lead weight time for things like this that is not your fault that would really help. But other wise I couldn’t ask for better service. Jackie

I was not allowed to return the vehicle to the nearest location resulting in me having to drive 42 miles back to that location then got charged $1.59 per miles. Not good to do this to customers.

I know someone who needed a moving truck and a storage unit at an affordable rate. I have recently used this location multiple times recently and have always had a great experience. This person told me that the services provided at this location was just what they needed.

I referred someone I know to this location to get a storage unit. They went to this location and said the lady at the front desk whose name is Ozzie greeted her as soon as she walked in and was ready to assist her. Ozzie was able to set my friend up with a storage unit offering the best deals they have. Highly recommend this location.

We had a great U-Haul rental experience working with Ozzie at the SecureLoc Self Storage location in Hagerstown, MD. She was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. She recognized that I was not familiar with current U-Haul rental procedures. The new mobile check out and check in processes were also new to me. Ozzie took the time to manually check out our rental equipment. She then accompanied me to our rental truck and showed me many of the features and important detail to keep in mind as we began our moving day. She offered several options and suggestions to make our rental experience both efficient and cost effective. We are grateful to Ozzie for treating us so kindly and offering more of her time than she was expected to give. We will definitely be using their services again in the future, and will recommend this location to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

This lady was an old elderly lady she took almost 20 mins checking the truck in which caused me to be over charged I was only supposed to be charged for $40 worth of gas is what she said. Then I get a bill for 114$ and some change which led me to believe she took forever to check the truck in! I’m highly pissed and am requesting a check on my account

Ozzie the owner was accommodating and pleasant. My truck was waiting for me, clean and no bad odors. I needed a broom for my storage unit clean out was offer to use their broom. I returned it after I completed the job with some donuts as appreciation for the use of their equipment. I would highly recommend this business.

When my husband and myself walked in the office it was very neat and clean. The little lady behind the desk, which I apologize but I think her name was Oggy close to Ozzy, anyway she was so nice and very polite. I highly recommend this location for your moving things. They also have packs of napkins for a dollar and it's like a big bag of toilet paper for $10 so pretty cheap deals on that end too so highly recommended. Thank you 👍

Facility manager (name is michelle on all of the paperwork) answers the phone 24/7, outside office hours, and will do everything possible to make your rental smooth! She came in during the pouring rain because the garage door wouldn't close right. Friendly and tells you EVERYTHING you need to know so there are no questions or misunderstandings while you are there.

The high beams switch is broken on that truck. This is a neg comment to Roadside assistance. Tiffany was great. But being told I had to fix something is not cool in book. I’m glad nothing was broken and my car is relatively unharmed from the tow. I figured it out eventually. Also when I dropped the trailer off. One of the cables for the trailer was disconnected. Don’t know how. The gentleman that took ownership of the trailer. He pointed it out.

Hands down this location is the bomb!! Because I'm about to blow it up I am absolutely ecstatic I went online to rent a U-Haul because I'll be moving come May 1st during check out I was asked if I needed I storage unit and I did some looking into it before I made the decision and you would have to be an idiot not to take it just because the first month is free then the next 2 months after that are $24.99 a month there is a catch You have to rent the storage unit for at least 6 months that was a no-brainer I literally secured the reservation and the young lady that answers the phone every time I call Is very polite excellent customer service skills beyond satisfaction And I'll tell you why I did choose the option to reserve a storage unit mind you the first month it's free so at checkout I noticed it stated that I was to have payment for the first month of the storage unit at the time of moving which was incorrect and so I didn't realize all this but until after I secured the reservations no problem called in she took care of everything for me said it all up on moving day she kindly gave me the instructions and information on the unit and believe you me when I got there I was just like what this thing is huge for what I'm paying per month and I'm not even going to be paying that until the 4th month in so I'm just here to say that if you're looking for great customer service satisfaction guaranteed You want to save a little money The units are one level they are temperature controlled Easy access and they're open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. this unit is going to be mine for at least a year if not more thank you very much You guys are great One satisfied customer 💯🙌🏻👏🏻👍🏻💵💰🎇🆓
